And now I have close to 200 downloads on the iPod not to mention countless CDs that I purchased before iPod days. I have also come to really love worship music. This is music that is all about God...who He is. It is more specific that just 'Christian' music (which is lovely in its own right.) It talks about the attributes of God and when you listen and sing it puts you in a different atmosphere.
What I have had the opportunity to review is a wonderful album on just that...worship music. It is called Revolution Worship. Over the past few years we have had the chance to visit a variety of different churches. My favorite was a congregation that spent at least 45 minutes in worship every Sunday. With this CD I can do that whenever I want. I just put it on and let 'r rip.
In this amazing worship video there is a track that invites people to come to know Jesus. I am so glad this is available for me to share here on this blog. A quote from this track I think many will like: "It isn't about behavior modification. It is about life transformation." Additional information is also available here.
Here is information that I received about this CD:
“Revolution Worship…Live At Joy Church International”, is a tremendous Praise & Worship album with a powerfully inspiring collection of songs that is unparalleled to any other Praise & Worship series in it’s category. Filled with meaningful lyrics and sincere, personal worship, “Revolution Worship…Live At Joy Church International” masterfully demonstrates authenticity at it’s best. From fiery, electrifying tracks with edgy, rock-driven guitar to peaceful, intimate tracks, this album focuses on pointing attention to God.
And because it’s recorded live, you get to experience the congregational feel of being in a vibrant church service.
Infusing musical quality with a spiritual impact that raises the bar on what to expect in new Praise & Worship music, “Revolution Worship…Live At Joy Church International” brings you a brand new worship experience.
From start to finish, this release is about the act of ministering uncompromisingly God-centered music through pure, heart-felt praise!

I love this: "It's not about behavior modification. It's about life transformation."
I think it also illustrates how differently people interact with God. I'm more of a quiet reflective worshipper. There are times when a passage we read as a congregation or a thought from a sermon or a line in a hymn fills me with wonder and brings tears to my eyes. I feel such joy. But, when I'm in a praise and worship setting, I feel awkward because it's not how I connect to God. I'm so glad you have found something that works for how you worship God fully!!! :-)
Sounds Great! Would love to win this!
