I wrote this on Facebook yesterday but I have to put it here because it is just so funny and yet true.
My son said after having a tummy ache and then the runs. "I feel so much better. I'm so glad there are toilets." So today...we are thankful..for toilets.

Funny! Isn't it crazy how we take things like that for granted, until we're sick and couldn't imagine life without it.
I watch a lot of "Little House on the Prairie". I don't know if I could have survived a trip to the outhouse in the winter1
I've lived in a place that didn't have a toilet except the out-house. I wouldn't go out after dark and my worst fear, snakes in there that would bite my bum! I could do all with Little House except for the lack of running water toilets :)
